The subject of this bachelor thesis is to process a building construction project of the lower building of hotel Ovruč in Štrbské Pleso village, Vysoké Tatry. It is focused on realization of soilcrete and foundation structures. This thesis consists of accompanying and summarized technical reports, sitting of the building with regards to transport routes, technological regulations, organisation principles and equipment of building yard, the itemized budget and time schedule, proposition of construction machines configurations, inspection and testing plan, health and safety at work. All relevant technical drawings are included as well.

Construction-technological project of the revitalization of the tipping plant in Vítkovice

This diploma thesis deals with the proposal of a construction technological project of the tipping Plant in Vítkovice. The work consists of a technological report, transport routes proposal, study of the realization of the main technological stages, time and financial plan of all main objects, construction site project, design of main construction machines and mechanisms. The project also includes itemized budget of the main building structure together with a detailed timetable, financial plan and schedule deployment of construction machinery and workers. The content of this thesis also includes a technological project for the implementation of semi-assembled ceiling structures with a plan for securing material resources and a technological project for the execution of remediation works of concrete structural elements, for which an inspection and test plan with the description of inspection was prepared. The health and safety plan was also created from the perspective of the health and safety coordinator.

The project includes the technical report, transport routes, technological instruction for drilled piles and foundation structures, technical report for construction-organisation principles and equipment of building yard, budget time-planing, machine configuration, controlling and examining plan of the phase, safety and risk plan on the construction site and all drawing concerning the problem.

The goal of this thesis is a construction technological project of an apartment building in Ivančice. The work focuses on the graphic visualisation of earth and foundation works progress and consequently on the item budget and timetable for construction works. Technological regulation for earth and foundation works with the changes on foundation constructions, organization of the construction, construction site equipment plan, draft of the main machinery and mechanisms are also part of this work. Technical report, coordination layout with a description of transport options, schedule, and financial plan are also part of this thesis.

Construction technological project of wellness hotel Vista in Dolní Morava

The subject of this thesis is the constructional technology project of Wellness Hotel Vista in Dolní Morava with focusing on selected technological stage. The main stage is the realization of supporting structure of the building – monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton. For this stage is prepared technological regulation, inspection and test plan and drawing of site equipment. In this work is solved timetable and financial plan for individual objects, health and safety at work, mechanical assemblies and project of site equipment. For the main object is processed itemized budget and a detailed timetable. The other part of this work includes the special technology of baffle panels – it means sound absorbers.

This diploma thesis deals with the constructional and technological project of reconstruction of building Rooseveltova in Brno. The basis for this work was the design documentation for the realization of this project. The technical reports provides all the basic information about the construction to this project. Demolition works and implementation of cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor are detailed processing in the technological regulations. Control and test plans, time and financial plans, drawings of building equipment, draft of machinery and plans of health and safety and fire prevention are also component of this project. Another annex of this thesis is budget and selected assembly details.
